Itinerary -
Day 01:
Arrive Srinagar. Greet & transfer to houseboat. Afternoon at leisure, Shikara ride on the Dal lake in the late afternoon to visit Nehru Park. Overnight in houseboat.
Day 02:
Srinagar. Sightseeing of Mughal gardens; visiting Nishat & Shalimar garden. Afternoon visit Shankaracharya temple over looking the valley. O/n in houseboat.
Day 03:
Srinagar – Gulmarg - Srinagar. After breakfast start for a day trip to Gulmarg “meadow of flowersâ€, drive about 2hrs. Upon arrival explore the picturesque Gulmarg (2730m), you can enjoy pony ride or Gondola ride (rope way) and later retrace to Srinagar. O/n in houseboat.
Day 04:
Srinagar – Kargil. Early start for Kargil (2,745m), via Sonamarg â€meadows of gold†& over crossing Zojila la (3,540m), about 7hrs. Arrive Kargil & check-in to hotel for overnight.
Day 05:
Kargil – Uletokpo. Continue drive to Uletokpo (about 6hrs.), over crossing Namika la (3,760m) “Pillar of the sky†and Fotu la (4,147m), en route visit the ancient Mulbek rock statue and Lamayuru monastery. Arrive Uletokpo for overnight in tented resort.
Day 06:
Uletokpo - Leh. Morning drive to Leh (3hrs.), en route visit the 1000 year old Alchi temple, Sangam (confluence of Indus & Zanskar river), Gurudwara Patthar Sahib and Magnetic hill. Arrive Leh (3,505m/ 11,500ft.) and check-in to hotel for overnight.
Day 07:
Leh. After a leisure breakfast we proceed for sightseeing of Leh city visiting the imposing Leh Palace, Shanti Stupa, Hall of Fame. Rest of the day free. O/n in hotel.
Day 08:
Explore Indus valley. After breakfast set off for a day excursion to Indus valley; visit Stok Palace museum, Sindhu Ghat, Thikse & Hemis gompa (monastery). O/n in hotel.
Day 09:
Leh – Pangong lake - Leh. Start early morning for a day trip to visit Pangong Tso or “Hollow Lake†(Asia’s largest saltwater lake). Stunning drive over crossing Chang la (5,300mts./ 17,800ft.). Explore the lake and retrace to Leh for overnight.
Day 10:
Leh – Khardung la Top – Leh. Morning we drive to Khardung la Top (5,602m/18,380ft.) - the highest motorable road in the world, is also highlight of your tour. Retrace to Leh for Lunch. Afternoon free.
Day 11:
Depart Leh. Morning transfer to KBR Leh airport.

The Spituk Monastery, Shanti Stupa, Namgyal Tsemo Gompa, Shankar gompa, Shey Gompa and Leh Mosque an exquisite work of the Turko-Iranian architecture are worth a visit.
